Back pain can be debilitating and have many causes. Low, mid, or upper back pain can drop you to your knees with sciatic and other nerve impingements, bulging disk, and arthritis. If you’ve been relying on painkillers and grease patches to cover up your pain, stop. Stop covering up the problem and get to the source.
In this course you’ll learn more than bridges, planks, and clamshells. In this course you’ll learn how to get out of the pain you are in, have a program that builds a strong and resilient back that decreases the possibility of it becoming a chronic issue, and have the knowledge and tools to get yourself out of pain any time or place it happens.
The following course is a C.A.P. Athlete companion course and is currently not available to the public.
