There are not many coaches more controversial than Marv Marinovoich in the strength and development world. I leave those discussions to be had by others. All I can speak to is his treatment to me as an athlete, fellow coach, and the influence he has had on my training philosophies.
That said, Marv was an artistic genius in my experience when it came to movement and human performance. Marv turned basic Pilates style ballwork into a one-stop performance platform for athletes and all humans looking to improve joint function, intermuscular coordination, dynamic strength and stability, core strength and endurance, and so much more. This tool is a game changer when it comes to revamping pain-free and fluid movement.
