There are a lot of things I love about our modern world and society, but in our attempt to improve our lives many people have never learned the basics of being human.
Do you know what food fuels your body to peak performance mentally, physically, and emotionally?
Do you have a set of tools that allow you to proactively deal with stress, maintain pain-free mobility of your joints, and properly deal with acute injuries?
If someone chose to physically or emotionally assault you do you have a first line of defense to project yourself?
If you answered yes to all the above, fantastic! Keep building on your foundation. If you answered no to any of the above, then this introductory overview will give you the understanding and templates you need to gather the basic tools you need for Being Human.
The following course is a C.A.P. Athlete companion course and is currently not available to the public.
